How to DEtox on Joy Juice

For optimal results, 3-5 days before you begin the Joy Juice cleanse, it’s important to eliminate processed foods, coffee, alcohol and smoking. Processed foods are items that have been canned, frozen, packaged or changed in nutritional composition.

The night before you start your cleanse, get a good night's rest.

Start your day by drinking 8-16 oz of water with either lime or lemon.

Do some deep breathing. No seriously. Let go of any negative feelings you may have about doing a cleanse. Manifest the results and feelings you want.
